Calling all you change makers!

24 Feb

I don’t need to wax on poetically about how critical the Web has been as an organization and communications platform for change. In a nutshell: it’s pretty freaking awesome! However, Social Actions is challenging developers and dreamers to come up with even more ways to connect people with opportunities to make a difference online.  They’ve put out a call out for new Firefox add-ons and Web apps that will help people find and share opportunities on blogs, social networks and more.

If you don’t have the technical chops you can still participate by submitting ideas to the Idea Hub.  Submissions are due on April 3rd and in true Web fashion will be open for voting.  Full details here.  Looking forward to seeing what develops!
